What You’ll Do Prepare Assets for Auction Success Organize, tag, and track equipment and assets entering the auction process Photograph items to highlight key features and condition Write clear, accurate, and professional item descriptions Verify serial numbers, model information, and condition details Support Customers & Auction Operations Assist buyers in locating and retrieving purchased items Help coordinate safe and efficient loading during pick-up Serve as cashier during off-site pick-up events when needed Help ensure a smooth, positive experience for both buyers and sellers What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and accuracy Clear written communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a team-first mindset Experience in auction, equipment, inventory, warehouse, or customer service environments is an asset but not a requirement Work Environment This is an active, hands-on role.
