 e Assets for Auction Success Organize\, tag\, and track equipm
 ent and assets entering the auction process Photograph items
  to highlight key features and condition Write clear\, accura
 te\, and professional item descriptions Verify serial numbers
 \, model information\, and condition details Support Customers
  & Auction Operations Assist buyers in locating and retrievi
 ng purchased items Help coordinate safe and efficient loadin
 g during pick-up Serve as cashier during off-site pick-up ev
 ents when needed Help ensure a smooth\, positive experience f
 or both buyers and sellers   What We’re Looking For Knowl
 edge of farm and/or heavy equipment preferred (but not requi
 red) Experience in auction\, equipment\, inventory\, warehouse\,
  or customer service environments is a plus Strong attention
  to detail and accuracy Clear written communication skills A
 bility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced envir
 onment Positive attitude and team-first mindset   Work Envi
 ronment This is an active\, hands-on role. Regular work outdo
 ors in varying weather conditions Frequent walking\, standing
 \, bending\, stooping\, and crouching Ability to lift 30+ pound
